Thank you doesn’t seem enough.  B has changed immensely since being at Kings Lodge, he’s a much calmer person.  B always complained about staff and how they spoke to him, but at Kings Lodge this never happened, Kings Lodge tops the charts.  So just a big thank you to you all, you’ve made a big difference to B’s life.
